Kai Mathey

Kai Mathey has a varied work experience, beginning in 2006 with a role as Event Marketing Coordinator at Food & Wine. In 2007, they moved to Robin Insley Associates as an Account Executive. In 2009, they joined Tasting Table, where they held roles as Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, Director of Marketing, and Director of Communications. In 2018, they began working at NYXL as Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Partnerships.

Kai Mathey completed a BA in Psychology and Women's Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. Following this, they obtained an MA in Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Lastly, they attended the International Culinary Center and obtained a Classic Culinary Arts degree.
