Gilles Pons de Vier

Gilles Pons de Vier is an accomplished executive with a strong background in telecommunications and international business. Currently serving as General Manager at Andean Telecom Partners since December 2017, Gilles previously held similar leadership roles as General Manager at Torres Unidas from April 2013 to December 2017. Gilles started at America Movil Peru SAC in various management positions, including Carrier Relations Manager and Corporate Sales Manager from August 2005 to April 2013. With earlier experience as Corporate Sales Manager at Telecom Italia (2002-2005), Sales Manager at Lucent Technologies (2000-2001), and Country Manager at Symphony Telecom Mexico (1995-1998), Gilles has developed extensive expertise in sales and corporate strategy. Educational credentials include a Master in International Business from the French National (1993-1994), a BBA in Business from EIAM (1990-1992), and a DEUG in Economics from Université Côte d'Azur (1988-1990).
