Mansfield Middleton is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Currently serving as Senior FP&A Manager, Revenue at Andela since November 2021, Mansfield has developed key financial models for forecasting ARR, revenue, and cash flow while collaborating with various departments to enhance operational capabilities. Previously, Mansfield held leadership roles at The RepTrak Company, driving FP&A activities while directly supporting the CFO and working with executives across multiple countries. Early career experiences include financial analysis at Emei Dry and Access Real Estate, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
