Steph Sloane

Steph Sloane has extensive work experience in various roles within the recruitment and talent management industry. Steph began their career at Essential Recruitment as a Resourcer, where they focused on providing high-quality service and forging long-term relationships with candidates.

Steph then joined Handepay Ltd as a Sales Executive, where they specialized in providing low-cost debit and credit card processing services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Steph later joined Michael Page, starting as a Recruitment Consultant for the Property and Construction sector, where they recruited for a wide range of positions in the North West and Yorkshire regions. Steph then became a Senior Consultant, focusing on Facilities Management roles. In their time at Michael Page, they gained experience in sectors such as PFI, healthcare, education, commercial, and manufacturing.

Currently, Steph is working at Andersen James Group as a People, Performance & Talent Director. Prior to this role, they held positions including Client Solutions Director, Head of Delivery, General Manager, and Business Manager within the company.
