Michael Miller

Michael Miller, MA, SHRM-CP, PHR has over 13 years of experience in various human resources roles. Michael is currently the HR Talent Acquisition Lead at Andersen Corporation since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked at the State of Minnesota as a Sr. Executive Statewide HR Recruiter and as a Sr. Human Resource Specialist - Talent Management from July 2017 to September 2019. Michael has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at the City of Saint Paul from November 2016 to July 2017. Before that, they served as an HR - Talent Management professional at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities from May 2015 to November 2016. Michael started their career as a Corporate Recruiter at U.S. Bank from September 2013 to May 2015. Michael also has experience as an Employment Specialist at Hennepin County Medical Center from July 2012 to August 2013 and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Regions Hospital from August 2011 to June 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Schwan's Consumer Brands from August 2006 to June 2011.

Michael Miller has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resource Management from Metro State University, as well as a second B.S. degree in Marketing from the same institution. Additionally, they have a B.S. degree in Technical Studies from the University of Minnesota Crookston. Michael Miller is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by HRCI - SHRM and holds the SHRM - CP certification.
