Horace McCormick

Prior to joining AAG as Chief People Officer, Horace worked in senior leadership roles at global and national companies including SVP Human Resources Bell Partners, VP Human Resources at Fidelity Investments, and Director Talent Management, Diversity, and Workforce Strategy at Duke Energy. Horace worked in international roles in human resources, marketing, and sales for Michelin, Forbes 2018 Best Company to Work for in America. He also managed Michelin's Commercial Learning and Development Center where he was responsible for sales force development and worked closely with manufacturers in the automotive industry. He spent three years at UNC Executive Development where he helped some of the best corporations in the world improve their business performance including ExxonMobil, Skanska and Caterpillar.

After graduating from East Carolina University, Horace earned his M.B.A. from the University of Dallas. He served in the Army as an Intelligence Officer and still supports the military by training active duty psychologists for the U.S. Special Operations Command at the JFK Special Warfare Center at Fort Bragg. Horace spends his free time doing woodwork and fishing from his kayak. He is from Fayetteville, North Carolina.
