Sonya Pope

Sonya Pope is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and business credit coaching. Currently serving as a Client Success Coordinator at Anderson Business Advisors since August 2022, Sonya previously worked as a Business Credit Coach at NCH from January 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included coaching clients in achieving A+ Business Credit and performing credit analysis. Sonya's earlier roles include a Customer Solutions Specialist at Metacred, Inc., an Administrative Assistant at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as well as positions in technical support and sales at Citi. The career began as an Office Administrator at Michigan State University. Sonya holds an Associate’s Degree from St. Thomas Christian College.
