Art Kreiger is a Partner at Anderson & Kreiger LLP, where Art has specialized in representing potentially responsible parties in federal and state superfund cases, successfully securing tens of millions of dollars through negotiations and insurance policies for various clients, including a water district and a Fortune 100 manufacturer. Additionally, Art has experience in litigating and settling zoning disputes across diverse projects, from college campus expansions to big box retailers. Previously, Art served as a State-certified Environmental and Land Use Mediator at Palmer & Dodge LLP. Art holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
