Brandon Maness has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Brandon started their career at Amarillo College as an Adjunct IT Instructor, where they developed Java curriculum and assisted students in understanding object-oriented design and development. Afterwards, they joined MicroFour/Amarillo College as a Lead Designer/Developer, where they created framework documentation and facilitated the usage of Strata-Frame for .NET application development.

After their time at MicroFour/Amarillo College, Maness worked at Panhandle Plains Student Loan Center as a Consultant/Client Side Technical Lead. Here, they implemented and tested core business processes using Java and C#, assisted in Java/Hibernate data layer optimizations, and contributed to requirements gathering and end user testing.

Most recently, Maness joined Anderson Merchandisers as a Lead Software Developer. In this role, they are responsible for designing and implementing software requirements using various technologies such as Java, .Net, Flutter, and Pentaho Data Integration.
