Dan Gruenemeier has over 35 years of professional experience in the field of engineering and sales. In 1983, they began their career as an Engineering Assistant at Honeywell Engines Division (formerly Garrett Turbine). In 1987, they joined Mitel (formerly Inter-Tel Integrated Systems) as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer and completed many complex hardware designs. From 1995 to 1998, they held several roles at Wyle Electronics, including Technical Marketing Manager, Regional Technical Sales Manager, and Field Applications Engineer. During this time, they developed Wyle’s CRM/demand creation tracking system “WISDOM”, formulated sales and engineering incentive plans, and exceeded design win and revenue budgets consistently by more than 140%. From 1998 to 2011, they worked at Reptronix, Centaur Southwest and Earle Associates as a Regional Sales Manager and Field Sales Engineer, managing focused distributors and manufacturer’s interests for an $80M territory and increasing sales by 200%. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Senior Field Engineer and Distributor Application Engineer at TE Connectivity. In 2017, they became Regional Sales Manager at Anderson Power Products, with complete sales and technical responsibility for the Western United States and Western Canada.
Dan Gruenemeier attended Arizona State University from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Computer Option.
