Flor Maria Arias Cardona

Flor Maria Arias Cardona is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Directora Gestión Humana at Andes BPO since June 2019, Flor Maria previously held the position of Gerente Gestión de Talento Humano at Allus Global BPO Center from April 2015 to March 2018, where responsibilities included leading learning management to align with corporate strategy and overseeing training, performance management, and succession planning. Additionally, from February 2009 to March 2015, Flor Maria was Gerente Ambiente Laboral y Desarrollo at Allus Global BPO Center Colombia, focusing on workplace wellbeing and human development.
