Senior CPU functional safety engineer at Andes Technology

Shang Wei Lin has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. In 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant in the Green Energy and Fuel Lab at the National Cheng Kung University, where they conducted experiments and achieved notable results in hydrogen purification and separation for fuel cell usage. During this time, they also worked as a Project Coordinator, focusing on Design Thinking for Social Innovation.

In 2017, Shang Wei Lin interned as an Electrical Engineering Intern at the National Space Organization, specifically working on the Cube satellite project.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation as a Product Engineering Program Management - Project Lead. In this role, they successfully completed a new vehicle design and oversaw its production throughout its development lifecycle. They also played a crucial role in incorporating functional safety standards (ISO26262) into the RD development process. Additionally, they managed various aspects of the product program, including timeline, resource planning, budget control, and test planning, while collaborating with different departments within the company.

In 2021, Shang Wei Lin joined TAIKOO MOTORS GROUP as an Assistant Manager, where their responsibilities included managerial duties.

Most recently, in 2022, Shang Wei Lin started working as a Senior CPU Functional Safety Engineer at Andes Technology Corporation.

Shang Wei Lin attended National Cheng Kung University from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering.
