Nitin Gupta

Nitin Gupta has a strong background in technology recruiting. Nitin started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Mamsys World in 2015, where they were responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates. In 2016, they joined OKAYA Inc as a Technical Recruiter, where they gained experience in international recruiting and staffing. Nitin was proficient in sourcing candidates through internet sources and had excellent interpersonal and applicant assessment skills. After that, in 2017, they moved to Pyramid Consulting, Inc as a Technical Recruiter before joining The Judge Group in 2019 as a Senior Technical Recruiter. At The Judge Group, Nitin handled big projects for clients like JP Morgan Chase and UHG, where they were responsible for the full recruitment process. Most recently, since 2021, Nitin has been working as a Technology Recruiter at Andiamo Partners. Nitin is involved in full life cycle recruitment and placement of technology executives and professionals for clients such as JP Morgan, Bloomberg, and Wayfair.

Nitin Gupta pursued their education at a variety of institutions. Nitin first attended Cms Bahraich from 2006 to 2009, where they completed their 10+2 education with a focus on Biology/Biological Sciences. Following this, from 2010 to 2013, Nitin Gupta studied at SITM, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a dual specialization in Human Resources Management and Marketing. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET).
