Lori A. Rosenthal, SPHR has a long and varied work experience. In 2020, they became Co-Leader of the Wharton Women's Circle, with the purpose of bringing together women committed to success and to each other. Lori A. also became Vice President Operations of the Pinnacle Peer Advisory Council, where they established and implemented the strategic direction of the Council and its clients. In 2018, they became Deputy Team Leader of PennPAC, a pro bono consultant to Horizons National. In 2017, they co-founded the Wharton Alumni Social Impact Club, WASIC, and served as Executive Vice President and Web Designer. From 2015 to 2022, they held multiple roles at VSE Inc., an organization designed around self-direction and distributed leadership. From 2002 to 2015, they served as Education Director at Congregation Beth Israel, where they were responsible for rebuilding a program for 450 students. From 2000 to 2001, they were Director of Human Resources at Alchemy Semiconductor Inc. and from 1998 to 2000, they were Director of People Development (HR) at NetSolve Inc. Lori A. also founded Lori A. Rosenthal & Associates in 2001, where they provide clients with insights gleaned as a Vice President HR Leader.

Lori A. Rosenthal, SPHR has a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus in Marketing from The Wharton School, a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology/Human Resources from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an MBA in Organizational Management/Labor Economics from Lehigh University. Lori A. also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in July 1993, and a SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM, obtained in January 2015.
