Tanner Pratt

Tanner Pratt has extensive experience in the field of data and technology. Tanner is currently working at ANDMORE as the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Data. At Amazon Web Services (AWS), they held multiple roles including Head of Data Streaming and Senior Data Architect, where they provided strategic guidance on architecture, software development, and cloud adoption/migration strategies. Prior to that, Tanner worked at Ancestry in various positions such as Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Platform, Manager of Data Warehouse and Data Visualization, Senior Data Warehouse Engineer, and Data Warehouse Developer. Tanner led and championed the AWS migration for Ancestry, successfully delivering the cloud migration in half the allotted time and saving the company millions of dollars.

Tanner Pratt has a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from Brigham Young University. Tanner also holds a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services in July 2021.
