Jeffrey Nagashima

Jeffrey Nagashima serves as Associate General Counsel at Andreessen Horowitz since April 2022, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles, including Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and McMillan LLP. Early career experiences include contributions as a Legal Summer Student at CI Investments Inc., where Jeffrey drafted legal documents for mutual funds, and as a Full Year Intern at the Entertainment Software Association Canada, performing industry analysis and drafting memos for major gaming companies. Jeffrey also held positions at the Ontario Human Rights Commission and Downtown Legal Services, focusing on research and case management. Educational qualifications include a JD/MBA in Law & Business and a B.A.Sc in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto, along with a background in the International Baccalaureate Program from St. Francis Xavier.
