Jessica Miller, SHRM-CP, has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry with expertise in sourcing and technical recruiting. Jessica started their career at Village Theatre as a Special Events Manager, where they managed events and increased revenue. Later they joined NuWest Group as an Engineering and Manufacturing Recruiter, where they provided excellent opportunities to candidates within the said industries. Jessica then worked at Amazon as a Sourcing Recruiter supporting a variety of roles within the company and Twitch Advertising. Jessica joined Wayfair as a Senior Sourcing Lead, providing sourcing support to director and VP level roles in the commercial and ops organizations while developing robust sourcing strategies. Jessica'scurrent role as a Technical Recruiter at Andrews Cooper focuses on improving the speed to market of clients with their engineering teams.
