Warner Krause has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Warner is currently working as a Program Director in Product Development at Andrews Cooper since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Program Manager at Amazon from April 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Amazon, Warner Krause held several positions at Synapse Product Development, including Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager, between 2017 and 2021. In the earlier years of their career, Warner Krause served in the United States Air Force as an F-16 Program Manager and Air Force Officer. Warner led cross-functional teams in integrating weapon systems onto the F-16, earning him the Air Force Achievement Medal.

Warner Krause holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Software and Hardware Systems from Stanford University, which they completed in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2012. After completing their formal education, Warner Krause pursued additional certifications in various communication and negotiation skills from Stanford Continuing Studies. In August 2018, they obtained a certification in Resilient Leadership. In July 2018, they earned certifications in Critical Communication Skills in Negotiation, Improvisationally Speaking: Confidently Communicating, and Negotiation Mastery: Achieving Outstanding Results and Relationships.
