Adnan Esmail

Adnan Esmail is the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Head of Electrical Systems at Anduril Industries, where responsibilities include building and managing the Electrical Engineering department since September 2018. Previously, Adnan served as Chief Architect/Engineer specializing in small unmanned aerial systems and sensor development, with experience at Tesla as a Sr. Staff Autopilot Engineer & Manager, focusing on hardware technologies and system architecture. Additional roles include senior positions at Bio-Rad Laboratories, GnuBIO, Inc., the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Lead Researcher, and co-founding Think-Health Smokeless Stove. Adnan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
