Allison Kerzner

Allison Kerzner currently serves as Vice President of People at Anduril Industries, leading human resources efforts with a strong emphasis on employee engagement, culture, retention, and talent development. Previously, Allison held positions such as Head of Talent Acquisition at Anduril and Director of Talent Acquisition at Motional, achieving significant success in hiring strategies and workforce growth, particularly in engineering and technical roles. Additional experience includes Global Talent Acquisition Lead roles at Aptiv and nuTonomy, as well as recruitment roles at Rally Health, Google, Kelly Services, and Hudson Global Resources. Allison holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Communications from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
