Hayley Nedbalski

Hayley Nedbalski is an experienced aerospace engineer with a strong background in composite materials and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as Aerospace Engineer III, Composites at Vaya Space since October 2022, Hayley previously held positions such as Senior Composite Design Engineer at Aerojet Rocketdyne and Composites Engineer at EdgeWater Power Boats. Early career experience includes roles in production management and engineering at TIGER COMPOSITES LIMITED, along with instructional roles in educational settings. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has demonstrated a commitment to quality and efficiency in composite manufacturing and design throughout a diverse professional journey.
