Henry Partida

Henry Partida is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in hardware systems integration, particularly in autonomous vehicles. As a Senior Staff Tech Lead/Manager at Aurora since August 2019, Henry leads a team focused on defining autonomous vehicle architecture and has established a comprehensive Hardware-In-The-Loop (HIL) program. Prior roles include leading electrical integration engineering at Zoox, where Henry successfully managed the integration of advanced autonomous platforms, and holding positions at Lockheed Martin, where Henry designed HIL and automated test systems for spacecraft. Henry also has significant military experience, having served as a technician supervisor in the U.S. Army, overseeing avionics maintenance for rotary aircraft and managing a team in a combat support role. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
