Randall Parkes

Randall Parkes, MBV has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to the present. Randall started their career as a California State Lifeguard at California State Park in 2000. From 2001 to 2021, they served in the United States Marine Corps, where they held positions such as Company First Sergeant, leading and mentoring a large team and conducting high-risk missions. After leaving the Marines, Randall joined HP as a Federal Account Manager, where they managed customer relationships and briefed clients on HP's solutions. In 2020, they worked as a Licensed Real Estate Professional at Compass. Later, in 2023, they became an Executive Partner at USC Marshall School of Business, offering support and guidance to MBV students. Currently, they serve as the Mission Operations Deployment Lead at Anduril Industries, contributing to the development of cutting-edge defense technology.

Randall Parkes, MBV, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from American Military University, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. Randall then pursued a Master of Business for Veterans degree at the University of Southern California from 2020 to 2021. In addition to their academic achievements, Randall has obtained various certifications, including Real Estate Salesperson from the California Department of Real Estate in 2020 and Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education from Marine Corps University in 2018. Randall also holds certifications in Combatant Diver, Drill Instructor School, Military Free Fall JumpMaster, Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE), and Parachute Rigger, acquired from different prestigious institutions during their military career.
