Paul Wenting

Paul Wenting currently serves as General Counsel at Andus Group since September 2022. Previously, Paul held the position of General Counsel at J. de Jonge Group from October 2016 to November 2022 and was the Legal Manager at Applus+ RTD from December 2007 to April 2016. At Applus+ RTD, Paul was responsible for all legal matters across 50 legal entities in 30 countries, advising executive management and managing a legal department. Paul's expertise includes negotiation and advising on international contracts, managing acquisitions, and navigating compliance and arbitration issues. Earlier roles include Interim Legal Counsel at Yacht, various positions as a lawyer, and experience as a claims handler. Paul holds an LLM in International Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
