Angus Moodie

Angus Moodie began their work experience in 2010 as a Summer Intern at Rolls-Royce. Angus then joined the company as a Graduate Engineer in 2011, working on systems design of electrical power systems in naval marine applications. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Power Systems Engineer, where they applied systems engineering techniques to the entire product life cycle. From 2015 to 2016, Angus served as the Electrical Systems Engineering Team Leader, overseeing systems engineering activities for the Marine Electrical Systems business.

Angus joined Aggreko in 2017 as an Electrical Project Engineer before being promoted to Principal Engineer - Energy Storage and Distribution Products in 2018. In this role, they led a multifunctional team in developing new battery storage system products. In 2019, Angus assumed the role of Validation Engineering Manager, taking responsibility for all validation engineering activities within Aggreko Global Products and Technology business.

Currently, Angus is the Head of Engineering at Anesco Ltd, a position they have held since 2022.

Angus Moodie obtained their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University in 2006. Angus then pursued further education at the University of Strathclyde, where they earned another MEng degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from 2006 to 2011. In October 2016, Angus received the certification of CEng from the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
