David Schreiber

David Schreiber currently serves as Chief Investment Officer at Cullinan Properties, where responsibilities include overseeing commercial and mixed-use development and acquisitions across multiple states. As a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of AneVista Group, David focuses on innovative real estate investment strategies targeting last mile retail, particularly in necessity-oriented shopping centers. Previously, David held the position of Managing Director at LaSalle Investment Management, leading retail acquisitions with a portfolio totaling over $4 billion during a 16-year tenure. David's earlier roles include stints as a Summer Associate at KeyBank Real Estate Capital and an Executive at Red Wagon Entertainment, along with positions at Creative Artists Agency and UBS Investment Bank. David holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Political Science from Colgate University.
