Heather Rogers

Heather Rogers has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Student Researcher at California Polytechnic State University. Heather then joined EOS Climate as an Operations Analyst in 2014, where they worked until June 2017. In 2018, Heather became a Sustainability Engineer at Riverence, a position they held until March 2020. From March 2020 to July 2022, they worked at Element Markets, first as a Carbon Operations professional and then as the Director of Environmental Products. Currently, Heather is serving as the Director of Technical Climate Solutions Project Origination at Anew, a position they started in June 2022.

Heather Rogers obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Heather attended the university from 2010 to 2014 to complete their undergraduate education.
