Keri Richardson Bevel

Keri Richardson Bevel has a diverse and extensive work experience. Keri is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Anew since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Vice President and Counsel at Element Markets from December 2011, where they also served as Counsel/Senior Counsel from July 2009 to December 2011. Keri briefly worked as the Interim Assistant General Counsel at The Structure Group from March 2009 to July 2009. Keri also worked at Lehman Brothers as the Vice President and Counsel from June 2008 to March 2009. Keri began their career as an Attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in September 2005, where they gained experience in securities, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity fund formation and structuring.

Keri Richardson Bevel obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accountancy-Information Systems from Auburn University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Later, they attended Duke University School of Law from 2002 to 2005, completing their Juris Doctor degree. Additionally, they hold certifications for Bar Admission in Alabama, Texas, and New York.
