Rael Awuor

Rael Awuor possesses a robust background in talent management and development, currently serving in Talent Management at Angama since January 2024, while also working as a Talent Management Consultant at RA Coaching Hub Kenya since August 2021. Previous experience includes roles in Talent Development and Performance Management at Artcaffe Coffee and Bakery from June 2022 to June 2023 and leading Learning & Development and Social Impact initiatives at Digital Divide Data from January 2014 to June 2022. Rael Awuor has demonstrated expertise in conducting training needs analysis, developing tailored curricula, and fostering team communication and performance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Science from Kenyatta University and a Diploma in Project Management from The Kenya Institute of Management.
