Chuck McMahon has a diverse work experience in customer success and client management roles. Chuck started their career as the Director of Commercial Relations at Bazaarvoice, where they improved customer satisfaction and renewal rates. Chuck then served as the Principal/Consultant at The Client Whisperer, providing consulting services to help clients enhance their client management programs.
