Ketan Shah

Ketan Shah has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ketan began their career as a Trainee at A. K. Jhunjhunwala & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 1986 before moving on to KNA Securities Pvt. Ltd., where they served as an AVP - Operations from 1992 to 1998.

In 2000, Ketan joined Angel One as a Vice President - IT, where they played a key role in aligning the company's IT strategy with its vision and overseeing massive expansion. Ketan then became Associate Director - IT, centralizing the organization's IT operations and implementing internet technologies to give them a competitive edge.

In 2009, Ketan shifted their focus to the B2B business, becoming Associate Director - B2B at Angel Broking. Ketan successfully established the company's leadership position in the sub-broker industry. As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Angel One from 2017 to 2021, Ketan led Digital Revenue, Third-party distribution, Contact Centre, and Technical Research. Ketan strategized digital onboarding and engagement of clients, launching customer incentivization programs to meet the needs of millennial customers.

Currently, Ketan holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Angel One, where they lead B2B Revenue, Third-party distribution, Contact Center, Technical Research, and strategic consultation to the management and board. Ketan is instrumental in designing the strategy to make Angel Broking the most preferred Fintech in the country through data-driven decision-making.

Ketan Shah obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Business Management from Kishinchand Chellaram College of Arts Commerce and Science. Ketan completed their education at the college from 1986 to 1991.
