Jennifer Schorn

Jennifer Schorn, MSW, LGSW has held various positions in social services and nonprofit organizations. Currently working as the Financial Cancer Care Program Manager at Angel Foundation, Jennifer previously served in roles such as Family Supportive Housing Case Manager and Director of Nonprofit Relations. With a Post Baccalaureate Nonprofit Management Certification and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota, Schorn has demonstrated a commitment to supporting individuals and families in need.
