Rob Thompson

Rob is Senior Vice President for Angel Oak Capital. He is responsible for sales, marketing and client service for Broker-Dealers and RIAs in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Prior to joining Angel Oak in 2020, Rob was an Advisor Consultant for Nuveen Investments covering wealth management clients throughout Southern Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. He is an accomplished investment management professional with over 30 years of experience in sales management and business development with leading investment firms including Transamerica and Merrill Lynch.

Rob holds a B.S. degree in Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
