Barbara L. Ogden has worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years. Barbara L. began their career in 2000 as a Customer Service Associate at Banyan Hill Publishing. In 2001, they moved to 14 West, where they held the role of Information Processing/ Publishing Services LLC. In 2003, they took on the role of Marketing Associate at New Market Group, NMG.
