Pedro Herrera

Pedro Herrera is an experienced professional in investment support and venture management, currently serving as Director of Investment Support at Anges Québec since May 2022. Prior to this role, Pedro held various positions at Creative Destruction Lab from August 2019 to May 2022, including Supply Chain Stream Lead and Venture Manager, where responsibilities included recruiting top AI ventures and coaching startups. Additionally, Pedro was a Venture Manager at Next AI and Scientific Lead at Scientifica S.A.S., leading IP analysis and mentoring researchers. Academic qualifications include an MBA from HEC Montréal, a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology from Columbia University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Universidad de Los Andes, a certificate in Music Production from Berklee College of Music, and a high school diploma from Lycée Français Louis Pasteur.
