Rob Lajeunesse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience strategy and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of CX Strategy & Operations at Angi, Rob has held various leadership roles, including Director of CX Strategy and Operations and Manager of Experience Management at Deloitte Consulting.
