Kevin Dearing

Kevin Dearing is an experienced professional with a significant background in strategy and improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy at Anglian Water Services since January 2020, Kevin has also held key roles such as Head of Strategic Programme Services and Head of Programme Management Capability. Prior to this, Kevin was with Marks and Spencer from January 2014 to January 2020 as Head of Continuous Improvement, focusing on evolving the retail experience in a competitive market, and previously worked as Labour Planning Manager at Kurt Salmon, part of Accenture Strategy, from 2005 to December 2013. Kevin began the career as a Retail Operator at Comet between 2004 and 2005. Kevin holds a BSc in Retail Marketing from Newcastle University, completed between 2002 and 2005, and attended Harrogate Grammar School.
