Jan Noblett

Jan Noblett is the Director of Quality and Outcomes at Anglicare Victoria. Jan has over fifteen years of experience working in the public sector in Australia, specializing in health and justice.

Jan began their career in 2002 as a Manager of Protective Services in the Eastern Metropolitan Region for the Department of Health & Human Services, Victoria. In 2004, they were promoted to Director of Youth Services and Youth Justice Branch for the Department of Health & Human Services, Victoria, where they oversaw programs and services for at-risk youth. In 2009, Jan was recruited by the Department of Justice and Regulation, Victoria, Australia to serve as their Regional Director for the Eastern Metropolitan Region and Barwon South West Region. In this role, they managed a team of over 200 staff and was responsible for the delivery of justice services across multiple sites.

In 2014, Jan was promoted to Executive Director of Justice Health for the Department of Justice and Regulation, Victoria, Australia. In this role, they were responsible for the state-wide delivery of health services to prisoners and detainees. Jan oversaw a budget of over $100 million and a team of 800 staff.

In September 2013, Jan left the Department of Justice and Regulation to become the Chief Administrative Officer for the Adult Parole Board. Jan held this position until August 2014.

Jan has also served as a Board Member for the Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health from January 2012 to December 2016.

Jan is a highly respected leader in the public sector in Australia. Jan is passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable populations and has been recognized for their innovative approach to service delivery.

Jan Noblett attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors for a graduate degree, the Executive Fellows Program at the Australian and New Zealand School of Government, Deakin University for a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching, and Monash University for a Graduate Diploma in Educational Psychology.
