Dr. Alexander Schmitt

Dr. Alexander Schmitt has an extensive background in marketing and commercial coordination. With experience as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Crop Nutrient Business and Executive Head of Marketing for Base and Specialty Metals at Anglo American, Dr. Alexander has showcased their skills in leading strategic marketing initiatives. Prior to that, Dr. Schmitt worked as a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group. Dr. Alexander holds a Dr. phil. degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and has received education from Technische Universität Darmstadt and Ecole centrale de Lyon.
