Vanessa Dempsey

Vanessa Dempsey has extensive experience in Human Resources, starting as a Human Resources Officer at Whyalla City Council. Vanessa then held various HR roles at Arrium before moving to SIMEC Mining where Vanessa worked as a Senior People and Capability Business Partner. Vanessa currently holds the position of HR Principal - Organisation Effectiveness at Anglo American, where Vanessa has also served as HR Manager, HR Superintendent, and HR Specialist in Organisation Design. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from the University of South Australia.
