Desray Shuck

Desray Shuck has a wealth of experience in various roles related to learning, leadership development, and executive coaching. Currently serving as the Head of Learning Platform and Innovation at Anglo American, Desray is responsible for the integrity of the learning systems within the company. With a background in founding and leading consultancy firms, Desray has also worked as a Professional Associate at GIBS Business School and held leadership positions at other companies such as Abellard Business Innovation and The People Business. Desray holds an MBA, a BSc in Maths and Computer Science, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Career Advancement and Cultural Values at GIBS Business School.
