Laura Frieri

Laura Frieri has a diverse work experience in the areas of business transformation, supply chain excellence and innovation. Laura currently holds the position of Director of Business Transformation & Innovation at Novelis since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager in various supply chain roles at Novelis from 2014 to 2023. Before joining Novelis, Laura worked at Diageo, where they served as an Innovation Planning Manager and Supply Innovation Planner. Laura'sexperience also includes graduate trainee positions at Diageo, where they gained experience in innovation and brand change, customer distribution, and supplier performance management. Laura began their career as a Logistics Intern at Procter & Gamble in 2008.

Laura Frieri earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2009. Laura then pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Politecnico di Torino from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Laura obtained several certifications including Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in 2016 and Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2014. Laura also acquired certifications in Digital Supply Chain Management from IMD Business School in 2021, Strategic Change Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2022, and Data-Driven Process Improvement from Coursera, the obtained dates for which are not provided.
