Parthab Rinesh

Parthab Rinesh possesses extensive experience in engineering, specializing in asset integrity, design services, and management. Currently serving as the Engineering Documentation and Design Services Manager and previously as the Engineering Standard and Specifications Officer at AngloGold Ashanti since April 2019, Parthab has also been self-employed as an Engineering Specialist since July 2017. With a background that includes roles as an Engineering Specialist and Senior Designer at AngloGold Ashanti from 2007 to 2014, and as an Engineering Design Draughtsman at Anglo Platinum from 2000 to 2007, Parthab has developed expertise in mechanical, structural, civil, and electrical design. Earlier experience includes a role as an Industrial Technician in Mechanical Design at the Department of Water Affairs & Forestry. Educational qualifications include Associate’s Degrees in Business Administration and Management Practice from the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town, and in Mechanical Engineering from Durban University of Technology.
