Prudence Nkosingiphile Mabuza

Prudence Nkosingiphile Mabuza has extensive work experience in the human resources field. They started their career at Sasol in 2012 as an HR Administrator and worked there until 2015. In 2015, they joined AngloGold Ashanti as an HR Officer and later moved up to become a Human Resources Specialist from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Culture & Diversity at AngloGold Ashanti, starting in January 2022.

Prudence Nkosingiphile Mabuza's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, obtained from 2004 to 2007. Prudence Nkosingiphile then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, completed between 2012 and 2014. In 2018, they participated in a Management and Leadership Development program at GIBS Business School. Most recently, from 2019 to 2020, they obtained a Master of Philosophy in People Management from the University of Cape Town. Additionally, Prudence has completed an Employment Equity Training from SA Labour Guide in 2021 and holds an additional certification in BCom Honours in Industrial Psychology from Unisa.
