Lauren Mallalieu has a diverse work experience beginning in 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Debenhams as a Food Services Advisor, where they gained experience with the till and earned certificates in till training and food safety and hygiene. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at 118 Information as a Call Centre Operative and Data Imputer. During this time, they were in constant contact with clients over the phone, checking and correcting data as needed. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at The Lindley Group as a Bartender and Waitress, where they were responsible for ensuring clients had everything they needed and were comfortable. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at FleetMilne Property as a Front of House Executive, where they gained knowledge of office and diary management and executive customer service. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Oliver Billson Marketing as a Copywriter and Marketer, creating copy for B2B and B2C clients and managing client projects. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have worked at Angloinfo as a Digital Marketing Manager, managing their email calendar, creating copy and other content, and putting together marketing campaigns.

Lauren Mallalieu attended Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls from 2003 to 2009, where they earned an A LEVEL with a focus on English Literature- A, History- A, General Studies- A and Biology- B. Lauren then attended The University of Sheffield from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History.
