Ersin Erk

Ersin Erk began their work experience as a Graduate Management Trainee at Alstom Power in April 2009. Ersin then progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Project Office Manager, Market Analytics Manager, and ultimately the position of Business Development Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing a global business network, implementing strategies to increase customer retention and access new markets, and improving profitability through smart sourcing options. Erk also worked closely with regional and sales leaders to drive market penetration and growth. In 2016, they moved to GE Power as a Senior Sales Manager for Europe, where they were responsible for product portfolio commitments and orders. Finally, in 2020, Erk joined Angst+Pfister as the Business Assistant to the Group COO before transitioning to their current position as the Head of Assiwell.

Ersin Erk completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Marmara University, which took place from 2002 to 2007. Following this, they pursued an exchange program in Industrial Engineering at Technische Universität Clausthal from 2006 to 2007. Later on, Ersin attended HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management from 2007 to 2009, where they earned their MBA in International Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Ersin obtained an Advanced Open Water Diver certification from PADI in April 2015. Additionally, they obtained a Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt certification, although the exact time of acquisition is undisclosed.
