Roman Hunziker

Roman Hunziker has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Roman started their career as an intern at Rheinmetall Air Defence and later at Sulzer Pumps. Roman then worked as a working student at BGW Management Advisory Group. Roman served as a Project Manager in Corporate Strategy & Development at Alpiq Management AG before joining SBB CFF FFS as a Senior Consultant in Inhouse Consulting. Roman later moved on to HUBER+SUHNER, where they held multiple positions, including Program & Project Manager Supply Chain Management and Head of Customer Service Center DACH. At HUBER+SUHNER, Roman led various strategic initiatives and played a key role in post-merger integration and organizational transformation. Roman then became the Country Managing Director for Germany. Roman also served as the Chairperson of the Board at Birrfeld Regional Airport and Aero-Club Aargau, where they implemented a new leadership structure and managed stakeholder relationships. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Market Unit Fluid Handling Technology at Angst+Pfister.

Roman Hunziker's education history begins with their completion of a Program for Executive Development (PED) at IMD in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A. HSG) degree in Information, Media and Technology Management (Business Innovation) at the University of St.Gallen from 2008 to 2010. Before their master's program, Roman obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. HSG) degree in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen, which they completed from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, Roman holds a certification as a Private Aircraft Pilot from the EASA - European Union Aviation Safety Agency, although the specific date of completion is not provided.
