Sadok Sahmimi

Sadok Sahmimi has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles in the antivibration solutions industry. Sadok began their career at Freudenberg Group as an intern in 1999. Sadok then worked as a Project Engineer at Schwab Schwingungstechnik AG from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they held positions at Freudenberg Schwab Vibration Control China, including General Manager and Head of Technical Sales China, where they oversaw site development, operations, and sales activities in China.

In 2016, Sadok joined Trelleborg Antivibration Solutions Switzerland AG as Manager Asia and new markets. In 2018, they moved to AirLoc AG as a Technical Sales Manager and Authorized Officer, overseeing technical sales and sales team performance in Switzerland, France, and parts of Asia.

From 2019 to 2021, Sadok worked at Angst+Pfister, first as the Profit Center Leader for Antivibration Technology and Engineered Plastics, and then as the Head of Product Leadership for Antivibration Solutions. In these roles, they directed global management and development, executed strategic projects, implemented growth strategies, and liaised with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Throughout their career, Sadok has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, drive innovation, allocate resources effectively, and maintain consistent sales levels even during challenging times such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Sadok has also successfully established markets and supported business growth in various regions, including South Korea.
