Dipika Anand is an experienced professional with a robust background in executive search and people management. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Anima since August 2023, Dipika previously held the role of Senior Executive Search Consultant at The Big Search, where expertise in building partnerships with digital tech firms and investment funds was demonstrated. Prior experience includes serving as Engagement Manager at Positive Moves, delivering customized talent acquisition solutions, and managing cross-functional searches across various industries, including Technology, Telecom, and Private Equity. Dipika's career began in investment banking at Nomura, where analytical skills were honed through full-cycle M&A transactions and strategic advisory work. Dipika holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
