Michael Costa

Michael Costa, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Animal Care Centers of NYC since January 2015. Michael's career progression at this organization includes roles as Senior Manager, Human Resources; Human Resources Manager; Human Resources Associate; Human Resources Coordinator; and Human Resources Assistant. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Human Resources Assistant at New York Habitat from July 2013 to January 2015, and worked as a Human Resources Intern at Braathe Enterprises for a brief period in 2013. Additionally, an early career experience includes serving as a College Aide at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in 2012. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science from Mercy University.
